A message from owner

Dear Clients and Future Clients! Welcome to Nesterra Massage therapy clinic!

Let me personally thank you for visiting our website and taking your time to learn more about our clinic.

I’d like to share with you the journey that led to the creation of this wonderful and safe space where your wellness is our top priority.

I began my career with a Master’s Degree in Pharmacy, managing a pharmacy and helping people in their healthcare journey. However, life had a different path for me, one that led to the world of holistic wellness. After completing my graduation, I delved into the art of massage therapy, finding immense joy in easing people’s pain, enhancing mobility, and promoting overall well-being.

Within a short span, my passion and dedication led me to establish my own home-based clinic. My massage services were increasingly in demand month after month, reflecting the growing satisfaction and benefits experienced by my clients. Yet, I realized that to reach more individuals and make a greater impact, I needed a team of like-minded professionals who shared my vision of prioritizing clients’ health and well-being.

Thus, the dream of creating a team of skilled, compassionate, and empathetic massage therapists took shape. I envisioned a space that not only provided top-notch massage therapy but also nurtured a sense of safety, belonging, and personalized care for each client.

With unwavering determination, this dream evolved into a goal, and that goal transformed into reality. Today, I am proud to welcome you to our warm, welcoming, modern, and cozy clinic, where every aspect is designed with your wellness journey in mind.

Thank you for being a part of my story, and we look forward to being a part of yours on your path to well-being, recovery and rejuvenation.

Best Regards,
Yana Ustinski
Clinic owner & Registered Massage Therapist

Brooklyn Mike

REGISTERED MASSAGE THERAPIST

Each session is guided by the client’s needs — sometimes that means having a light, friendly conversation, and sometimes it means creating space for silence and deep rest.

Her priority is always the client’s comfort. She wants everyone who walks into her treatment room to feel safe, cared for and understood. Whether someone is seeking relief from chronic pain, recovering from an injury or simply needs time to recharge, Brooklyn is there to support them with a mix of skill, intuition and genuine compassion.

What to Expect

After booking your appointment you will be asked to create an account and fill out the new client intake form in the comfort of your home. It’s important to fill it out as best you can, with as much detail as you wish. Make sure to fill out your insurance provider details.
Avoid eating heavy food prior arriving. Water is always recommended. Make sure you hydrate the day of your massage. Avoid perfumes and heavy lotions on the day of your massage. Shower is highly recommended.

When you arrive, there is plenty of parking available for your convenience. Once inside our clinic, our receptionist will welcome you and provide infused water. Feel free to relax in our comfortable chairs near the fireplace while you wait for your massage therapist to greet you and welcome to the treatment room for an exceptional massage experience.

When in the room, your massage therapist will discuss your health history, any physical complaints and the style of massage you prefer. A physical and manual assessment is necessary to reduce any guesswork regarding the source of the problem. The massage therapist will then leave the room and allow you to disrobe. Leave your underwear on. (Women – take your bra off if you are comfortable) Once you are ready you can lay on the massage table and drape the sheets over you. Depending on your comfort level, you can receive an effective massage with whatever amount of clothing or draping you prefer. If you choose any level of clothing, we would advise that it would be loose fitting so as not to restrict your treatment.

The therapist will knock on the door prior to entry.

The majority of the massage will take place with you under the linens, with only the affected area being exposed and treated.
Remember, you are in control. The therapist will ask you throughout the massage about the pressure and how the massage feels. At any point during the massage if the pressure is too much, or you would like more, simply let the therapist know. Atmosphere also plays a large part of the massage experience. If you would like a light conversation, music or silence – these are all things that you can request ahead of time or during your massage.
At the end of the massage, the therapist will follow up and let you know which areas were most in need of treatment. The therapist will also make future recommendations, stretches or exercises that will help you maximize your care. You will be provided with a glass of water and some chocolate.

Expect to feel your body. After a massage you will have a new level of awareness of your body. Some areas will have been woken up, some will have been flushed out, some tissues will have had some deep work applied. Whatever your massage involved, you will notice those changes have increased awareness to the treated area. Your therapist may recommend to apply ice, heat, stretch or just relax. It will depend on the treatment process. Drinking water after a massage is crucial for hydration, aiding recovery, preventing soreness, supporting detoxification, and promoting overall well-being.
When you check out our receptionist will be glad to bill directly your insurance company and provide you with a receipt. We highly recommend booking your next appointment before you leave to lock in your spot and make sure you get your preferred day and time—so you won’t have to worry about availability later!
