NESTERRA Botanicals: Where Science, Experience, and Nature Meet

NESTERRA Botanicals is a natural extension of everything I believe in as a practitioner and as a person.

For years, my work has centered around understanding the physiology of the human body — how muscles respond, how the nervous system reacts, how environment influences well-being. The introduction of essential oils into our space is not a trend-driven decision. It is a thoughtful evolution of clinical care.

This collection includes 11 single-note essential oils, each selected with attention to botanical origin, chemical composition, and documented quality analysis. Every oil is 100% pure and natural, sourced from trusted suppliers who provide Certificates of Analysis and GC-MS testing for verification of purity and composition.

With a Master Degree in Pharmacy, my foundation is rooted in analytical science. Reading laboratory reports, interpreting chromatograms, evaluating constituent percentages, and recognizing authenticity markers are not unfamiliar processes — they are part of my professional background. When selecting oils, documentation is carefully reviewed and assessed with the same precision applied in pharmaceutical analysis.

In addition, my knowledge in Clinical Aromatherapy supports a deeper understanding of how volatile aromatic compounds interact with the olfactory system and influence sensory perception, emotional tone, and overall atmosphere.

Essential oils are complex botanical extracts composed of naturally occurring aromatic molecules. Their quality is determined not only by scent, but by cultivation region, harvesting practices, extraction method, and compositional integrity. For this reason, oils are intentionally sourced from regions where plants naturally thrive — where climate, soil conditions, and tradition allow the fullest development of aromatic character.

Beyond education and clinical training, there is also a personal philosophy guiding this collection.

As a mom of two kids who always prefers natural ways, transparency and ingredient integrity matter deeply in my own home. What I choose for my family aligns with what I choose for our clients.

Experience Before You Choose

All 11 oils are available as testers in our clinic. I encourage clients to explore each aroma slowly and intentionally. Scent perception is neurologically powerful and deeply individual. One aroma may feel grounding; another may feel clarifying or uplifting.

This is not about selecting a fragrance. It is about noticing how your body responds.

An Extension of Care

NESTERRA Botanicals is not separate from massage therapy or movement-based treatment — it complements it.

The human body responds to sensory input. Aroma influences breathing rhythm, emotional state, and the atmosphere of a space. When incorporated into simple home rituals — diffusion, bath soaks, properly diluted topical use — essential oils allow the feeling of care to continue beyond the treatment room.

Every bottle reflects a balance of science and sensitivity.
Documented quality.
Thoughtful sourcing.
Clinical understanding.
Natural living.

This is a new chapter for NESTERRA — created with knowledge, guided by experience, and rooted in intention.

Warmly,
